(hereinafter referred to as " AutoZHEN " or " Platform " ) , the service provider of the AutoZHEN platform. AutoZHEN attaches great importance to user privacy and personal information protection, and will do its best to protect your personal information safely and reliably. 3. Personal information: refers to various information related to identified or identifiable natural persons recorded electronically or otherwise, excluding information after anonymization. In order to provide you with AutoZHEN services, maintain the normal operation of AutoZHEN services, improve and optimize the platform's service experience and protect the security of your account, the platform will follow the " legal, legitimate and necessary " principles and collect the information you actively provide, authorize to provide, and the information generated when you use AutoZHEN services when registering and using AutoZHEN services for the purposes and methods described below in this policy. 1. Help you become a AutoZHEN registered user of the platform
You first need to register a AutoZHEN account to become a AutoZHEN user. When you register, you need to provide the platform with your email address, mobile phone number, real name, currency type, region (city), and applicable language. The platform will verify your identity by sending a text message verification code. After successful registration, you can browse some vehicle source information. You can choose to perform dual authentication of personal authentication and company authentication to obtain more platform functions / services.
(II) Information collected during the use of AutoZHEN services
1. Ensure account, system and transaction security, and optimize information display
( 1 ) In order to protect your account security and system security, more accurately prevent phishing fraud, and check security risks, the Platform needs to obtain your IP address, login device identification, login device App version, login device brand, login device model, login device operating system version, login device creation time, and browsing information (including browsed pages, page browsing time, requested IP when browsing pages , and total number of views). The Platform may also record some links ( " URLs " ) that the Platform considers to be risky . If you refuse to provide the Platform with the aforementioned information, the Platform will not be able to provide you with safe services.

4. You can choose whether to authorize the platform to collect and use your personal information

b. Additional functions based on picture upload: You can upload your pictures on AutoZHEN to realize the function of taking pictures / uploading avatars . The pictures you upload will make your information more vivid and specific, thus achieving better communication effects. You can enable or disable this permission through " My " - " Settings " - " System Permission Management " - " Allow AutoZHEN to access the photo album " .
c. Additional functions based on microphone: You can upload your videos on AutoZHEN to publish them. Your microphone information will be used during video recording. You can also send voice messages and make voice calls through AutoZHEN . This function will use your microphone information. You can enable or disable this permission through " My " - " Settings " - " System Permission Management " - " Allow AutoZHEN to access microphone " .
( 2 ) The above additional functions may require you to open the access rights of your camera (camera), photo album (photo gallery), and microphone to the platform in your device in order to collect and use the information involved in these functions. You can check the activation status of the above permissions item by item in your device settings or APP " My " - " Settings " - " System Permission Management " , and you can decide to turn these permissions on or off at any time (the platform will guide you to complete the settings in your device system). Please note that when you turn on these permissions, it means that you authorize the platform to collect and use these personal information to achieve the above functions. When you turn off the permissions, it means that you cancel these authorizations, and the platform will no longer continue to collect and use your personal information, and will not be able to provide you with the above functions corresponding to these authorizations. 6. Video playback / upload function
We use Alibaba Cloud SDK ( com.aliyun ) to collect SD card data to implement fast video upload storage service and short video playback service
(III) Other rules for collecting and using personal information
1. You are fully aware that the platform does not need your authorization or consent to collect and use personal information in the following circumstances:

2. The Platform will use the collected personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Policy and to realize the product and / or service functions of the Platform.
( 1 ) After collecting your personal information, the Platform will de-identify your personal information through technical means. The de-identified information will not be able to identify a specific natural person without the help of additional information. Please understand and agree that the Platform has the right to use the de-identified information, analyze such information and make commercial use of it, provided that the Platform cannot identify a specific natural person.
( 2 ) Please note that all personal information you provide when using the Platform's products and / or services will continue to be authorized for use by the Platform during your use of the Platform's products and / or services, unless you request deletion from the Platform or refuse collection through system settings. (V) Self-start and associated start instructions
1. To ensure that this application can normally receive information pushed by the client when it is closed or running in the background, this application must use the (self-start) capability. There will be a certain frequency of broadcasting through the system to wake up this application to self-start or related startup behavior , which is necessary for realizing functions and services.
2. When you open a content push message, you will be redirected to the relevant content after obtaining your explicit consent. Without your consent, there will be no automatic or associated launch.
3. When you open the file downloaded inside this App , a third-party App will be associated and launched .
III. How the Platform entrusts the processing, sharing, transfer and public disclosure of your personal information
1. Entrusted processing

(III) Transfer
The platform will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual. However, if the platform undergoes a merger or acquisition, and personal information transfer is involved, the platform will require the new company, organization or individual holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy, otherwise the platform will require the company, organization or individual to re-ask your authorization and consent. 3. If the platform terminates its service or operation, the platform will notify you at least thirty days in advance and delete or anonymize your personal information after the termination of the service or operation.
4. Unless you have given your explicit authorization, the personal information about you that the Platform lawfully collects within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
V. How does the platform protect your personal information?

2 ) If the platform collects and uses your personal information without obtaining your consent.
3 ) If the platform's handling of personal information violates the agreement with you.

3. You can change the scope of your authorization for the platform to collect personal information or withdraw your authorization by requesting the platform to delete information, shut down device functions, change settings in the AutoZHEN client, or log out of your account. In addition, you can also request to withdraw your consent for the platform to process your personal information through the methods set out in " How to Contact the Platform " in this Privacy Policy .
4. Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. When you withdraw your consent or authorization, the platform will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding services for which you have withdrawn your consent or authorization, and will no longer process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization. When you withdraw your consent, the platform will no longer process the corresponding personal information.

3 ) Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests.
4 ) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment.

VII. How does the platform handle personal information of minors?
